Placing Orders:

Payment:

• We accept M-Pesa and card payments
• Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES)
• Payment must be received before order processing
• All prices include applicable taxes

M-Pesa Payments:

• You will receive an STK Push prompt on your phone
• Enter your M-Pesa PIN to complete payment
• Payment confirmation may take up to 5 minutes
• Failed payments will be automatically refunded by Safaricom

4. Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without notice
• The price at the time of order placement applies
• We are not responsible for pricing errors
• If an error occurs, we will contact you before processing

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy:

• Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Opened or used supplements cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
